Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellation: If Client cancels more than 30 days before the event: Partial refund of 20%. If Client cancels within 30 days: No refund Rescheduling: If Client reschedules, DJ will apply payments to a new date if DJ is available. If unavailable, it will be treated as a cancellation (unless otherwise agreed). Force Majeure (uncontrollable events): Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, government orders, disasters). In such cases, parties will attempt to reschedule; otherwise, refund the full amount. DJ Cancellation / Substitute DJ: If DJ must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond control, DJ will: Make good-faith efforts to provide a qualified substitute at no additional cost OR Refund all payments received if no substitute is available.
